How is the price of my service determined?

WIth GenVoice flex rates, you only pay for what you use. For example, if one month, you use 1500 minutes, you will pay $29.99 as per our pricing table. However, the following month, if you use 300 minutes, you will only pay $9.99!

How do I Order GenVoice Services?

Placing an order is simple. You can click here to get redirected to our Registration page. There you can input your information, select the services you need, and we will get in touch with you to confirm and process the order. Or you can always call us or email us to set up your services.

What if I don't know what Service I Need?

Do I Need to Sign a Fixed Term Contract?

No! Once you agree to our Terms & Conditions you are good to go. There is no fixed term contract or minimum commitment. You can cancel your service at any time, but we’re sure you’ll love GenVoice, so there is no need to worry about that!

Messaging

How does GenVoice Messaging Work?

We know that voice calls aren’t always the most convenient option, so GenVoice Messaging allows your business to communicate via SMS. You sign up for the service, recieve a number, and can get started messaging on the GenVoice application or on a third party messaging application.

Can I Send and Recieve Messages?

Yes GenVoice messaging allows you to send and recieve messages. You can send/recieve private messages and group messages.

Do I Need a New Number or Can I Keep my Old One?

You have the option to register a brand new number with us or port your existing number and use it with GenVoice.

Cancellations

Can I Cancel my Service if I am Not Satisfied?

We are positive that you will fall in love with Genvoice, however, in the case that you are not absolutely satisfied, you are able to cancel your service at the end of your monthly cycle.
